The place has awesome fajitas. It’s a little quaint place in Richmond and a family owned business. The service is excellent and the decor is beautiful. We were visiting for a special 3 day convention and ate here two of the evenings, as it was so good the first time. The bathroom was clean and the restaurant is very clean as well. The verde salsa is intoxicatingly spicy but oh so good.

I was reading good reviews about the cowboy combo so I tried it. Best fajita chicken ever. The place is clean, staff is very friendly and the wet kiss drink is amazing.

First time here. Plenty of seating. Is Monday though. Wife ordered the cowboy combo. She was able to get some of all her favorites. Ordered the pablano fajitas. Sooo yummy. 8 year old daughter ordered the hamburger kids meal (of course kids come to Mexican restaurant and get a burger) didn't try burger but fries were Hella good. Service was great.

Best margaritas not too sweet not to sour! Way to go best balance in a margarita! Javier was our server, ask for Javier tell him to make you the fresh margarita! So good!!!

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants! It’s clean, they serve flavorful meats, and there’s high quality food for a reasonable price. Mexican locals eat here, so it must be good! Free warm chips with salsa. Their beef fajitas are marinated so full of flavor. Lunch specials are a very good deal.

El Vaquero is located in the community of Greatwood. This place has great atmosphere and is the favorite Mexican restaurant of many neighbors in Greatwood. Their staff is super friendly. We ordered the El Rey fajitas and they were full flavor. The portions are generous. My husband and I shared this plate. As a realtor in this area, I like to try local restaurants to support our local families. This is one of them. You should give it a try if you are in the neighborhood.
